Don't worry, my computer phone will remember things for me.

I set timers for this but I have to set them a minute short to give me time to remember what the timer was for.

Alternately, I’ll bake a cake and forget to add any sugar to it, or something like that. I will realize all this when it is halfway baked - as I am at that point.

This is why I have box mixes in hand for cooking when high, I've made them so often I don't mess them up. And there's always a non high person around in case I don't hear the timer go off for the oven.
