Google tells me there's 4.8 million people on Adderall in the US, those government labour camps will be 2.5 times the size of the entire existing prison system, who'd have thought the brain worms would do brain farts?

Ladies and gentlemen, the government of the people!

How about we put all the people who need boner pills to get it up in one first. Not so great of an idea now, is it?

"I’m going to make it so people can go, if you’re convicted of a drug offense, or if you have a drug problem, you can go to one of these places for free." Doesn't exactly sound like forced labour to me.
