I hate to be this guy but the body imprint on the wall was obviously purposely added. You can see how they wiped away the snow
- That's why it's called "art"
- They didn't drive into the wall, it's a mountain biking thing where they ride the wall itself, but since it's snowed they slipped and fell fown

The fact that there's 10 feet of wall there tells me this is not the first time
- The wall is there to ride on. He just hit it with his body instead of his bike.

I do not get it. What is it showing us?
- Mountain biking track. The guy rode up on the wall, splat into the snow, then slid down to their current position, leaving a human-shaped outline on the snowy wall
