Is it possible to see a list of communities?
Is it possible to see a list of communities? More specifically like a list of what exists on an instance?
I use Sync as a Lemmy client if it is relevant.
Should be able to search through pretty much everything here, with key words as filters.

Just got sync for Lemmy
As an anonymous user, you can see: Everything
Under this there are 3 sections: Post Sort, Communities, and Instances.
So just clicking communites should show you all of them while also being able to search for some.
You can also search through instances by clicking one, then clicking communities.

I'm not sure if you can do it on Sync, but in a browser, you can go to instance name/communities. For example

On voyager just click search, then explore. Can then filter the list of communities

2 0 ReplyAccidentally replying to a post instead of replying to a comment is a Sync bug (I think it happens if you try to reply via a Notification). I don't use it, but that app seems a bit unmaintained.
To ping a person, it's like what you did, but you need to include the instance (e.g.
@[email protected]
