28 1 ReplyI'd say that maybe I'll get to enjoy Cheetos and M&Ms again after I cut out synthetic dyes last year, but I don't miss them.
My ADHD brain honestly felt so much better after cutting them out. And I can still have Goldfish without worrying about how it affects my brain.
