What are we looking at? What is the context? What do the dates represent?
Daylight savings time in America has gotten well out of hand
Is it the last date someone was executed by hanging, in each state?

So likely an outdated law that had no actual impact because everyone would simply choose lethal injection.
Hanging if done right is a lot cleaner than lethal injection and a HELL of a lot cleaner than the electric chair.
Seems like significant weather events, but who the fuck can tell really.
