The court ruled that parents only have the right to seek medical care for their children that is "legally available."
Parental rights, but not for the parents of trans kids.
Voting rights, but not for non-whites or Democrats.
Constitutional rights, but not for women.
I'm starting to think that there might be a pattern here.
Wait, what about self-centered cis white males... are they safe?
Only if they're wealthy.
Parents have the right to mutilate their children's genitals without consent, but not allow their trans kids to make their own decisions about their body 🤦
My gender affirming care is the only moral gender affirming care, or something like that
But the mutilation is tradition, you see! Can't beat the argument "I want my son's penis to look like mine!".
