Publicity will help prevent such major oversight. This is the problem with using AI for hiring practices instead of real people. Applying to jobs in the 2020s with a college degree, experience in the field, required employment history, and certifications STILL feels like applying for credit cards online with bad credit due to AI prematurely denying many applicants on frivolous grounds before it even gets to the recruiters email/web portal.
