why would they be arrested only after the court hearing, though?
Article on this suggests that he was in Court on unrelated reasons the day after he went on a porch pirate spree wearing the same clothing that made the news/social media.
You can go to court and not be arrested though.
It's definitely confusing wording for a headline regardless.
