It got much better with the two recent updates. Images still sometimes spaz out when you scroll, and for whatever reason searching for communities doesn't seem to work right. But for reading, commenting, etc it's totally usable.

It is - but you can still access via archive.org and similar resources.

Mine is deleted. 12 years gone. But in the end, I think I'm better off for it.

I'd also love an invite to Tildes (for anyone reading this) I sent a message to the invites email earlier today but haven't heard back just yet.

This does feel a lot like the reddit I missed, only better. I will also agree that I find myself more likely to engage here, versus reddit where I exclusively lurked.
