Heading over there now.
This place is fantastic. I'm still working on convincing my husband that it's going to take the place of Reddit but I'll wear him down. He thinks because a lot of the posts only have a few comments and 20 or so up votes, it's not a valid community. I think it's just getting started and it's exciting to be here early.
This looks very fake.
Paying a little bit over to build up a credit is great advice.
Thanks! It was very foggy out and the green is from those lights people in the country use to see their driveways.
I'll watch, and if I like it, I'll join. My husband and I watch a new one every few months or so anyway.
That sounds like a lot of fun. Boardgames have been our family's obsession for a long time. What are some games you are working on? if you don't mind being asked.
I recently learned to enjoy dry wines. Still don't enjoy California wine though, to me it tastes like cheap vodka, pure alcohol. I spent a couple days planting grapes for a vineyard owner in my area. In 3 years those grapes will be ready to be made into wine. I can't wait to go there and try some wine that might have come from grapes I planted.
My favorite post wasn't my most popular. It was a photo that I took and posted to R/Creepy I'm not sure I'm posting pictures properly here yet. But here it is, maybe.
I found https://lemmy.ml/c/horror, a tiny community. Can anyone recommend more horror communities?
Also, I'm so excited to be here! Everyone seems a little bit nicer. I hope we continue to grow and that the overall kindness sticks around. I saw a lot of the civility going out the window at Reddit over the last couple of years and it was disappointing. (Edgelords suck.)
