Yeah actually, for some reason just regular l4l wouldn't go through and it wouldn't say why so I had to add in the _lemmyworld to it, maybe because someone else took it or something? I dunno. And I think it's a bit obvious why I made rule 2, have you seen r4r on reddit? The upvoting and downvoting there is really unfair and toxic, males would always get downvoted into oblivion everytime and the only ones who'd ever get upvoted to the top and seen easily are females, and even then I've seen some female posts occasionally get downvoted into oblivion for no reason at all, it was really saddening to watch so I don't want a repeat of that here, I didn't move away from reddit just to deal with reddit all over again and I don't want others to also deal with that when they just wanna make friends or something and are also trying to get away from reddit, if need be I'll just move the community elsewhere if there's no stopping the downvoting and upvoting. I'm still new to lemmy and don't know how everything works yet, but maybe a temporary solution is for the mods here (me included) to upvote any occasionally downvoted posts or something? Until the issue on viewing upvotes and downvotes is addressed at least. Or maybe you have a better idea?

Where exactly do you add mods within the web interface? And where do you find bots to add? I tried making a community in the web interface before, and didn't see any options to add anyone at all, must've missed it or something.
