Nirvana - Live On SNL, 1992 (Upscaled 4K 60 FPS)
  • Absolutely! I've been pretty stingy with concert tickets but I realized that I really cherish whenever I see someone live that I like and it's a good investment for my mental health, not the same as spending 80 bucks partying. Will have seen 6 bands this year and so far have thoroughly loved every concert.

  • Handsome SquidBean welcomes you to Lemmy!!
  • This is great!

If you want some constructive feedback: >!I'd try adding a particle system to the floor and background to spawn a layer of bean objects above the textured planes. Would make it look less flat and more "realistic"!<

  • Free Blender Addon Thread
  • Maybe not technically an add-on and self promotion, so please remove or let me know if it's not appreciated here. But I made a script for myself that monitors the progress of animation renders.

It monitors how many frames have been rendered, tells you the average render time per frame based on what's already rendered and gives you an estimate for when the render is done. It also (optionally) let's you know via Telegram once the render is done.

Originally I made it in batch but I remade it over the weekend in python so it's now cross-plattform. Github

  • Und Schweiger war da nicht der "Filmemacher".

Wichtiger Punkt.

  • 'Barbie' makes history with $1 billion at the box office
  • Don't wanna pull the "are you living under a rock?"-card but I've seen tons of promotional material about it. I read about it when production started he took note because of the director and cast, then nothing for a while but in the months and weeks leading up to the release I saw an increasing amount of ads and press.

As reported by Variety, the marketing budget allocated to Barbie was a staggering $150 million

  • Now that Sync is up and running: If you're looking to move your account from reddit to lemmy, this script may be of use for you :)

I made a script that "transfers" your reddit subs to lemmy by searching for communities with the same name and joining them.

I started working on this when I moved my main account/traffic from reddit to lemmy and with the help of some people I improved it and fixed some bugs.

One thing that annoyed me about moving to Lemmy was that I'd lose my subreddits and that looking for and joining communities on Lemmy would be tedious. So (logically) I spent 2 days writing a script, that gets a list of your subreddits from your reddit account and looks for communities with the same name on Lemmy. It also joins those communites. So all you have to do is download, enter your credentials and you're done.
