What other movies wouldn't work today?
  • I appreciate the answer! And I agree that the second one is a question that I am not sure how to find the answer to. It would be easier if we only limited it to the cast, but if it was extended to the crew, it gets a bit more complicated

  • What other movies wouldn't work today?
  • This reminded me of a question I had a while ago, but maybe it is easier to search up now. What is the oldest movie with at least one actor who is still alive, and what is the newest movie where no actors are still alive.

  • [TV] Which episode of Black Mirror do you think is the most cyberpunk?
  • I would want to throw in White Christmas where they can trap your consciousness into a small device and enslave it to be your personal assistant. You can also be blocked from someone in the physical world and it would censor their life from you. And add in the casual torturing your consciousness to make it confess to crimes without your knowledge. Something about people being so casual about driving someone insane for making them relive a moment for years and years for a fun punishment after they got what they wanted feels like it would fit into a cyberpunk setting.

  • Conker's Bad Fur Day: A Patient Gamer Review
  • Conker's Live and Reloaded was on the original Xbox, and it certainly fixed a few rough edges. I loved both the N64 and the remaster! If you are in it for the single player, the remaster is the way to go, but the N64 version had some of my favorite multiplayer moments from when I was a kid. I was pretty sad to lose those modes for the remaster, but the new multiplayer modes were pretty fun too at the time.

  • Brought to you by the vertical mouse gang
  • I've tried so many vertical mice, but for some reason this one worked out the best for me. It kind of feels cheap compared to others, but I've had it for a number of years and I haven't found anything that can top it. It's worth trying out if anyone is on the fence since it is priced under $20.

  • *Permanently Deleted*
  • Why I Hate This Album is one of my favorites, they go between listening to an album for a week and then discuss the history of the band, the album, and sometimes they find secret meaning in it. Other episodes they have entire episodes dedicated to a single song and music news. There's a lot of humor and inside jokes in it and they don't take themselves too seriously. The best part is that it is ad free and they make it for the fun of it.
