Why is my Twitter feed full of right-wing content when I don't consume political content?
  • I stopped using X for the same reason, the fact that I am not American (not even European) and I see pro-trump tweets randomly in my feed is mind-boggling. The feed is often filled with misogynistic, religious, racist stuff. All thanks to pelon pusk.

  • Zelenskyy: Modi is a ‘huge disappointment’ for hugging Putin
  • Cry all you can. Won't change the fact Russia/USSR stood with US when whole world (including USA) supported Pakistan in 1971 war and have supported Pakistan against India multiple times, and now the USA just want to use us as a weapon against china. I absolutely hate what Putin is doing and modi, but we have to see our past and then decide our future relations, not to forget Russia has used veto power multiple times to support us.

  • French election 2024 live: exit poll shows shock win for left-green alliance as far right falls to third
  • Now the left needs to get serious about immigration issues, RN has been gaining and only gaining, we are just delaying the win of far right, so many issues with left, they need to do right things.

  • gotdamn
  • lake junior

  • [Post Match] India win the fucking T20 finaaaaaaaaal vs SA
  • That was exceptional from bumrah, arsh and hardik. Not to forget that catch of SKY, it will be remembered as equivalent of dhoni's six in 2011 final. Lets go! more trophies to come :)

  • Oh Joe...
  • I dont think FPTP is an issue, here in my country, despite FPTP we have seen many national parties rise, collapse since independence, regional parties' influence in national politics also increased exponentially in recent elections. I know FPTP is kind of rotten but dont think thats stopping smaller parties to rise.

  • Oh Joe...
  • there's a reason two party system sucks and should be counted as autocracy, where two parties control the system for centuries, who knows if they have shaken hands in backdoors to loot the country and do nothing for people. Two party system is infact worse than autocracy.

  • To all you outside of the US...
  • Biden was horrible, he is old, he should retire. (Saying this as an outsider) I have not much knowledge of US politics, just saw debate because it was viral

  • I will not be taking questions.
  • Just use water lmfao

  • Internet forums are disappearing because now it's all Reddit and Discord. And that's worrying.
  • Tooo much bloated after I revisted after 2ish years

  • Internet forums are disappearing because now it's all Reddit and Discord. And that's worrying.
  • Honestly who uses discord nowadays? its completely unbearable

  • Votes are not visible
  • It was automatically turned off in 4.0 update somehow

  • Is vande Bharat a pioneer in privatised luxury or a cover up of a system falling apart beyond salvage.
  • modi is such a blatant lier spineless fascist man but still people keep voting for him, crazy.

  • What does the world think of India?
  • they should split into smaller countries

    no thanks, we are fine.

  • Ethically reel railway minister should resign, but he won't.

Why is there no excitement of elections?

The voter turnout dropped heavily in the first phase when compared to previous elections. What is exactly happening? Are people losing faith in democracy? Or they are getting lazy thinking "aayega to modi hi"? Whatever it is, it's dangerous for democracy and must be fixed.

What would happen to my gnome environment if I switch to hyprland?

So Ive been using nixos with gnome for almost a year now and things have been pretty smooth, it's just amazing, I never looked back since I started using it. So to make things more interesting and learn stuff I am trying to install hyprland, Ive no idea what window manager, compositor etc are, I have few questions Will installing hyprland delete gnome? Is hyprland not a desktop environment but something else? If yes, then how does it differ from one and what are its pros/cons? Would you suggest a clean installation to reduce bloating, or install on an existing system?
