Nah like poker and blackjack. I think my old church may have even had a roulette wheel and craps tables.
It didn’t need a narrator, but care was taken to ensure a unified voice between author and narrator. Great audiobooks generally strive for something like that where the performance adds rather than detracts
Fetishizing also comes with an element of objectification.
There’s nothing wrong with being into short feminine men. Just be prepared for some of them to possibly be cis, treat them like fellow human beings, and be normal about a 6’2” broad shouldered trans guy too.
Huh, I wonder why that might be? /s
Meanwhile I’m very firm in the belief the president should worry their actions are legal or at least defensible in court. If they need a lawyer in their cabinet so be it.
Where the hell do y’all live? Because round here plenty of places have good entrees for $15, sure it’s been creeping up to 18 lately but I’m pretty sure I can get a decent meal for that.
Could be related to the gambling that occurs at church fish fries
Hell yeah we did. We often do the right thing when faced with a direct democratic clear choice.
Alternatively there’s the Catholic workers who don’t discuss abortion because they all agree their position on it is obvious, shame they can’t agree on what that obvious position is. They’re actually leftists, and they’re often among the first to risk personal harm when necessary.
We went for Obama twice and trump twice. It’s complicated. We’re mostly just extremely gerrymandered and divided. Columbus is extremely liberal, rural Ohio is frequently terrifyingly conservative
I get that, unfortunately my hard to spell name is my last name and I liked it too much to change it. I also didn’t realize that my common name has so many spellings, but by fuck do a lot of people insist on proving that. I also just like having a name that doesn’t instantly draw people’s attention, especially since my last name does.
My middle name on the other hand is fucking ridiculous, but it’s easy to spell so there’s that.
Unfortunately no, nobody was willing to pay me that much to be wrong all the time
Esperanto, the second language of the international laborer /hj
I know next time I think of a German I’ll picture him. Oughta piss of some afd jackass in the process
Going to give a less well known book here, but figure some of Lemmy would appreciate it. Wrath Goddess Sing is a good book made amazing by a narrator who was actively working with the author.
Even when the author coached the narrator? I know of at least one audiobook where the author used the narrator’s voice to fill in what words on paper couldn’t
Ooh I’ll have to try it. I loved the paper books
Idk why people are acting like he’s insufficiently German, he’s lived in Germany longer than the modern country has existed
I think it’s a combination of his impact kink and his kink for pretending to be a doctor that so many con artists have
Idk I’d be a lot more judgmental of a man who cucks someone I like and respect than someone who cucks someone like Farage or Tate
Attempting to use Home Assistant OS
But I’ve been getting this error:

I’ve tried changing DNS, but it didn’t help and I seem to get no other helpful results from searching. If anyone has any suggestions I’d appreciate it as this seems to be something my home could benefit from but it’s just not loading beyond the CLI
