Du bekommst einen neuen Fahrzeubrief, bei dem du dann auch wieder einen Online-Code freirubbeln kannst. Da sollte man also bei Gebrauchtwagen auch drauf achten, da Fahrzeugbriefe mit freigerubbeltem Code ungültig sind und man über den Tisch gezogen wird. Ist aber eigentlich offensichtlich darauf gekennzeichnet.

Ich habe letztes Jahr ein KfZ mit dem bisherigen Online-Verfahren angemeldet und das war tatsächlich sehr entspannt. Man braucht dazu den Fahrzeugbrief mit einem Online-Code und einen E-Perso. Auf dem Fahrzeugbrief rubbelt man den Freischaltcode frei und macht ihn dadurch ungültig. Dann meldet man sich mit dem Perso im Portal an, gibt den Code ein und bekommt dann recht schnell den Fahrzeugschein + Plaketten zum Aufkleben aufs Nummernschild. Der Fahrzeugbrief kam dann 3 Tage später.

Kennzeichen habe ich mir auch bei der Zulassung direkt mitreserviert, damit ich die auch direkt bestellen konnte und die Plaketten selbst aufgeklebt. Die Umweltplakette kann man sich auch online aus Stuttgart bestellen, egal wo man wohnt. Also musste ich zu gar keiner Behörde persönlich. Der nächste freie Termin auf der Zulassungsstelle wäre erst 6 Wochen später gewesen, der Service vom Autohändler hat ca. 14 Tage Wartezeit vorhergesagt. Spart also tatsächlich Zeit.

Der digitale Bescheid ermöglicht jetzt halt nur, dass man mit Nummernschild ohne Plaketten und Fahrzeugschein unterwegs sein kann. Das lohnt sich ja im Prinzip nur, wenn man bei einer Ummeldung das Nummernschild übernimmt oder das Schild direkt vor Ort prägen lässt.

The steward decision states that Hülkenberg "failed to stay above the minimum time set", so I guess he actually was too slow (which was seems to be an overcorrection from being too fast initially). Or is that expression actually steward-speak for "speeding"?

Yeah, those rejoins look really unsafe. This might cause a massive lap 1 incident even in the dry. Or when dive-bombing into turn 1 (which I don't like, but it happens quite regularly here) goes worng, this might force contact instead of a bail-out.

Wouldn't it be more desirable to just stay in the box instead of risking a crash? Obviously the lap times will not improve in the next few minutes, right?

Wow, Perez missings another Q3. Changing conditions give you some excuses, but overall that is not a good look against a team mate that is dominating the championship.

Just the perfect timing. Got the tyres into the temperature window before the rain got stronger. Not sure if those who put on the softs late will be caught out by the rain now.

If the rain picks up now and the softs take 2 laps to get to working temperature, those who just came in might lose out heavily.

I think you have to mark yourself for PVP to actually be able to attack or be attacked. At least that is what I understood when the tutorial messages popped up while uncovering the map there. Never got attacked while riding through there.
