I don’t like this guy, but imagine having to write an article about a simple slip of the tongue and trying to turn that into something it isn’t. The article, to further support the claim that he is weird, references his alleged and unproven relationship with his couch, something we all know he didn’t do (no matter how funny it is).
He isn’t a good VP pick by any means but this article is trash in my opinion.
I would not let the house go to auction. That will be the least advantageous. Having her sell now means that she has to have the balance of the mortgage available at closing to pay down the loan. That would of course reduce the value of her estate and then it’s less going to the grandkids or whoever. Whether she or her estate sells when she is alive or afterward is likely moot. She still owes the bank the balance of the mortgage no matter what.
Her estate is responsible for the mortgage. You have to pay the mortgage out of whatever resources her estate has or “sell” the house to the grandkids at which point they are responsible for the mortgage. The bank has to get their money somehow. If the grandkids don’t want to assume the mortgage and the estate doesn’t have the money to pay the mortgage then you will default and the bank will foreclose and take the house to auction.
It compromises the legitimacy of CBS. How can they be okay with blatant lies being aspired on its network?

I don’t like this idea so much. Tensions are high after two attempted assassinations of Trump and I don’t think our VP seen firing guns is going to help to quell any additional violence this election cycle. Also I am disgusted by many GOP members who share photos or political ads of them decked out with guns in front of a Christmas tree or shooting at shit and then turning to the camera to make their pitch to the voters.
This article is from November of 2022, so it probably won’t resonate with voters any more than his more recent offenses.

Steam Oven?
I have a new Miele steam oven and you can “sous vide” with it. I quote that because you surround the bag/food with steam rather than a bath of liquid water. Not sure if that matters? It seems to work ok, but twice the meat came out under what I wanted, although I’m still learning and making progress with each try.
Who else uses a steam oven and what advice can you share?
Best Places for a Run?
My handle gives it away, but I enjoy running. Richmond is beautiful and I have a few places to run that I really enjoy.
Top spot is the Fan. I love the architecture, friendly cars, and people watching.
James River park system is also a favorite. There’s a challenging loop around Forest Hill park that gets me going and then you can head for a quick dip in the river to cool off.

What’s Your Favorite SkyClub?
I think mine is the new LGA. The no-touch bathroom doors are fancy and I feel like there is a tons of areas to settle in. The bar is huge. Pretty solid food bar, although they served salmon non-stop for a while after they opened.
I’d like to check out the club at ORD, but I never get an opportunity to go there.
