ME/CFS Hand Pain Adaptations?
Has anybody with ME/CFS found a way for reducing or preventing hand/wrist/arm pain and stiffness? Since it's not really muscle or tendon related, things l have tried (compression gloves, larger handles) have made very minor or zero difference. Any ideas?
I want to be able to write in a notebook, draw or play video games for longer than extremely limited short times or nuking my ability to use that arm for a while afterward. I recognize this may be an unrealistic goal, but I figured I'd ask anyway? I seek the wisdom of the ME collective on this one.
Do I need to lubricate drawer slides to preserve the life of the furniture?
I finally bought a (flat pack) dresser recently. I love it, but when sliding the drawers in and out there is some minor sticking/resistance and some very slight misalignment. I am perfectly fine with this and actually kind of prefer it (it's nice that the cat can't open them), but I am wondering if over the long term, the resistance will damage the drawer slides in some way ? They're telescoping metal slides, on the side of each drawer, attached with tiny screws. I really like this thing and want to keep it in good shape as long as possible.
I use the free version of Proton drive for docs. I don't use it for work and don't tend to keep a huge amount of files around, so it has been enough storage for me. I'll probably get a physical drive to put old stuff on, when/if I need more space. Google still has my photos, though. I definitely plan to put those somewhere physical eventually, just haven't done so just yet.
Trouble logging in/apps on iOS?
Hello! I'm having issues logging into the website on iOS, and it seems iOS doesn't have any officially listed apps? I have an android phone, but I prefer to type on my tablet for achy hand reasons. Suggestions?
