Will taking 3000 MG of vitamin c tablets daily be detrimental to my health?
I love taking vitamin c tablets like candy throughout the day because I have an addiction to the tangy ones. I try not to go above 3000 MG although I know 2000 is the upper limit or something that someone should be taking at maximum. But I want to know if I keep my nasty vice going without hurting myself?
Edit: okay I’ve looked over the comments and hear you guys loud and clear. Cutting back to 1000mg a day and hopefully one day, down to just one pill. Thank you for the comments!

I’m addicted to Vitamin C tablets.
So yeah, this is no troll post of any kind.
Ever since I was a child I love vitamin pills wether they were the tangy C or Flintstone vitamins. Present day, the habit stuck for one of them and I love sucking on the tangy Vitamin C tablets throughout the day. Sometimes I take more than recommended for daily consumption and it does lead to some issues for me but I just can’t stop because they taste so good. Honestly, these taste better than most candy for me. I buy a few every month and just indulge myself. These tablets feel like the pure ecstasy to me.
I couldn’t really find any other threads like this so I wanted to see if there was anyone else who also indulged on these.
My Reddit Account got banned for the dumbest reason.
In a post regarding climate change I called another user an "Ignorant Slut" like that line from the Office. Anyways got permanently banned site wide and I just can't help but wonder if that was necessary.
It's not like I say that all the time, it was a one off instance and they just remove me from their site. I don't mind it so much since it's just a Reddit Account but it is really annoying since I can't help but feel the admins had it out for me as they banned my account unjustly before and then reinstated it. But this time the ignorant slut was all the reason they needed to remove me from their existence.
Anyways just wanted to rant to the void on how dumb Reddit can be sometimes.
