  • I think the phrasing is the problem. This comes off as overly negative. If you say something more along the lines of "I am not yet ready to have kids, so I'd rather not be with someone who has them. I like women who are in good shape, and I am looking for a long term relationship." You come off as way less of an incel.

  • our boy Moldy is back at Urbit (gosh! etc), as interviewed by an Urbit loving crypto bro. Anyway, they're gonna solve their funding problems by doing a shitcoin
  • Aux also looks interesting and I will definitely consider using it. They also seem to plan on replacing NixOS at some point, which I am definitely exited for.

I installed lix today and was doing some edits to my configuration, and I noticed the errors now tell me where to find the mistake instead of just showing me three lines of code and making me guess where they are, so I am already very pleased with the switch.

Edit: I forgot to type this part out.

I am also bound to nixOS unfortunately. I used to reinstall my OS about once every two months until I found nixOS, and it is now also running on all of my devices. I really hope that a good replacement will present itself at some point, because I hate to be dependent on nazis for anything, even if they don't directly benefit from it.

  • No, intelligence is not like height
  • Please read the mismeasure of man I beg ef you. Intelligence tests are fucking bullshit and all the testmakers have known it from the very beginning. Unless you are of the opinion that the noble art of skull-measuring holds any water, that is.

  • Easy
  • For a lot of distro's you don't need to use a terminal to install things if you aren't comfortable with that. While I believe learning to use a commandline a little bit will always be beneficial, you really don't havo to. Take a look at linux mint for example, which has a "store" for packages.
