20gb ram, 10gb zram, 10gb swap, default values. What should I change?
  • Oh, I think I might have thought zram was similar to swap, I didn't realize it takes up ram. Is there a way to see how much ram it's using? What do you think I should set my zram amount to(and how do I change the zram amount, I'm using zram-config)

I assume I should get rid of most of the swap. I also read somewhere to increase... swappiness of zram?

Touchpad completely messed up, smooth scrolls everywhere, and isn't blocked when using keyboard

Hi, I use linux mint and recently installed a bunch of desktop environments, and I think that it might have caused this issue. How do I fix this? I want to avoid resetting, but if there isn't a solution, I can. This does not occur in another distro, or another kernel, but occurs in other desktop environments. WM recommendation (I know Python but not enough to take much priority)

I want the easiest to configure/theme wm and one that comes with sane defaults. Also I currently use cinnamon, and I'm not sure how to escape from that(everything in it is just so nice) but I want the speed of a wm

Stopping cinnamon close dialogue from ever spawning in mint cinnamon

It's really annoying, and I would be fine with constantly killing it, but stopping it from spawning would be best. The process is named cinnamon-close-dialogue
