How Does Not Having Faith Effect Your Life
  • I grew up in a superficially religious household. This is spot on… it wasn’t a bad childhood by any means but soooo many things that deserved critical thinking or just accepting the pain of the situation were handed over to The Almighty. There are probably some decent coping skills buried in that level of faith but I don’t personally think it’s worth the cost.

  • First post! What do you do to stay fit and healthy?
  • Not enough lately, so I think I’ll join you and this community to get some ideas! I’m guessing like many I go through peaks and valleys in my activity levels. Right now I’m in a bit of a valley and am about ready to get moving again.

    Edit: this post helped motivate me. Just got some at-home yoga in during kiddo’s nap, going to re-look at my routine to do this more often as I almost always feel pretty great after.
