I go into puddles on purpose
Whoa I didn't notice the date lol
The media has been pushing it in the last decade here(Japan). But it's more like putting on cat ears and witch hats and taking pics for instagram. Trick or treating is not common unless somebody in your neighborhood organizes an event.
I totally agree and hope that this will be the turning point for the better, but my government is one that still depends on fax machines and had a recent cyber security minister that did not know how to use a computer, so...Even seeing government accounts on twitter was a big step forward.
Same here. Wefwef and Liftoff work better for me now.
Twitter was great during the big earthquake we had in Japan, because phones weren't working. People sent out tweets for help and got help thanks to twitter.
After this, a lot of municipalites made accounts and now they post emergency info on twitter, but this just fucks everything up.
I wasn't able to find good content on Mastodon so I gave up early on. I didn't know about the hashtag thing! Thank you for this
I installed liftoff, liking it at the moment!
I've only used Jerboa, now I think I need to try Connect/Liftoff
Hello, new user here!
I use Bmobile (it was one of the first cheap plans available, and I'm just too lazy to change it). I pay about 1300yen/month for 10GB, but I hardly use that much. My kid's plan is about 2000yen/month for 20GB.
Yes! English is not my first language, so commenting on Reddit made me nervous. I find Lemmy to be more forgiving (if that makes sense?) as well.
Yes! And people actually see your comments (like you just did now :))
Yes.
I made accounts on both lemmy and kbin, not sure on how to juggle the two yet, but the atmosphere is much more laid back here then on Reddit
Jerboa for lemmy and Relay for Reddit (until it's put out of service...)
Relay was my go-to app too
I'm about 40% Reddit and 60% lemmy/kbin right now. Once my Reddit app of choice (Relay) dies, I'll probably be here 100%
Late to the thread but Thank you leftylibra for all your hard work!
I've been using toners that are lightweight and not that moisturizing, and heavy night creams. I think I need to change my skincare game....!
The CosRx toner looks nice! I may try it, thanks!
Do you have any night cream reccomendations? I'm in Japan and finding that nothing seems to penetrate my withering skin now...
