Report: James Gunn Has "No Plans" to End Arkhamverse With Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League
DCU boss James Gunn has said that there are "no plans" of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League being the last game set in the Arkhamverse.
I'm so tired of the overly dark, brutal trend in DC.
I'm excited for Gunn's Superman. I hear he's trying a wild new take: it's supposedly based off an alternate version of Superman where he's an optimistic, lovable hero that inspires people with his kindness and love for all.
He needs to do the Red communist Superman
Dc is terrible. Superman is a terrible superhero that you have no reason to root for at all. And all the dc movies are literally impossible to see anything in, they make everything so fucking dark it’s impossible to watch. Aquaman was terrible, most of the Batman movies are terrible. All just horrendous. The most recent Batman movie would have been good if they cut it an hour shorter.
So any reports that this game is good now? Or still the pile of trash that it looked like when they initially announced it? The fact they had Captain Boomering and the fucking shark using guns instead of their abilities is moronic.
Don't get your hopes up. The play test from a couple of weeks ago was underwhelming. It seems nothing has changed and that the delay was only for people to forget the initial backlash.
Every character basically plays the exact same except for their traversal abilities.
What a slap in the face to Kevin Conroy to have this be his last Batman production...
Time to redownload arkham knight
This is actually what I did. I only watched a playthrough of the Suicide Squad game, but it left an incredibly bad taste in my mouth that I felt the need to get and replay the whole Arkham Trilogy. It's made me want to play Arkham Origins because I never have.
