I don't know how long it will work or if you even would bother wanting to continue using Reddit, but I like the fact that people are finding ways to still use their favorite apps.

tbf, it's a friday evening. Most people are out doing stuff, it's probably one of their lulls, which made it a smart timing. If you're expecting some kind of massive dramatic wave, I think you'll be disappointed.
People are going to trickle in, as they find the app dead, and eventually get around to figuring out what they want to do about it.
