Is this graffiti? Or is it just vandalism? Imo graffiti is an art, and this is no art.
I didn't mean to paint it in a negative light. It was just a snapshot of the street vibes on Crete.

You'll see a lot of this in Athens.
Everywhere in Greece, random road signs in the middle of nowhere still manage to have graffiti on them. Seems like a major issue they have.
