MCM inspired Square Bowl from padauk

This was a very fun experiment trying it a cornered bowl. It's one of my favorites so far. Wipe on poly finish.

What kind of wood is that? I know nothing about woodworking but this looks amazing!
- Its padauk, I haven't used it before, but I have heard that it will lose some of the rich orange-ness is has over time. It turned nicely though.

Is padauk dust something wild?
- It really is, my whole driveway was red dusted.
