Real excited for this. I loved Helldivers 1 and every other game Arrowhead's made.
I like the mechanic of needing two players to operate the heavier weapons effectively.
- The assisted reload was also in the first game (notably for the recoilless rifle also featured here) and requires a great deal of coordination. A great co-op mechanic with high rewards when playing it right.
My son and I loved the hell out of the first one, I can't wait to rage quit this one with him once it's out!
This looks like a lot of fun! Too bad none of my friends have a PS5
