Not a massive surprise IMO. He wasn't a terrible defender on a general level. He was just far too slow to handle English football. Italian football seems a little slower pace and more tactical. So he might be okay, at least as more of a squad player.
Still feeling good after yesterday's huge win, but also feeling a sense of dread over our apparent lack of doing anything in the transfer window. Pls Arsenal throw us a bone in the next few hours.
Another window we will look back at with frustration if we don't win anything again this season. A gaping hole that we aren't being proactive enough to fill.

If I had to guess (and I understand this is military-grade level copium), we're holding out on Aston Villa to see whether they'll come down from 60M for Watkins, but we'll eventually meet in the middle at like 45-50M.
