Can a perpetrator be charged with resisting arrest if its a citizen's arrest?

NAL but I don't think so. Citizens arrest just generally allows someone to detain someone else (under certain conditions). Resisting arrest is a separate law that applies to uniformed police.
If they could, it would be much ~~easier~~ harder to resist kidnapping.
