Gay man rejected for asylum by Home Office told he is 'not truly gay' by judge
'I could face violence or even be killed if I returned.'
So they're going to send him back to be killed.
It doesn't matter if he's gay or not. The bigots do not care. He said the bad words so he must die now.
Fucking bureaucrats think they're being clever but really they're just executing a human rights travesty.
17 0 ReplyThis is conservatism. It cannot stop on its own. It can only be stopped by force.
14 0 ReplyReading it again, where the judge calls it a lifestyle, I wonder if this is actually the desired outcome on the judge's part.

9 0 ReplyWhat did they want him to do? He could ask to fuck in the courtroom but I'm not sure the judge would allow that.
5 0 ReplyThey want him to "go back where he came from", because that's what phobes want. The words are just the excuse to make that happen...

There is no such thing as a "good conservative". Conservatism is a plague of oppression and death that is long overdue for a cure.
I do not believe there is a peaceful solution to this disease. As long as conservatives continue to exist on earth, LGBTQ+ people and other oppressed classes will continue to be persecuted.
9 0 ReplyThe court declared him not gay enough. That's got to hurt.
69 0 ReplyAnd then what? He just gets sent back to whatever country after having gone through a widely published court case where he admitted to be gay?
42 1 ReplyYeah but they ruled him straight. He has paperwork.

Licence to be gay when
47 0 ReplyWell, he just has to have active sexual intercourse in front of the judge with multiple witnesses. What's the problem, I mean if that's his lifestyle he should just prove it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
(/s - seriously, how more obviously homophobic can the judge be)
16 0 ReplyJust do it with the judge, that'll show him.

Oh you're gay? Prove it.
rips off judge's robe
18 0 ReplyThe whole thing is rediculous.
Also it's now 6 years later and he's still in limbo awaiting the result of an appeal.
