I have very low expectations for this.
Her character in the series was out of place for the longest time. And the only time she wasn't, was the beginning when she was a true adversary. Michelle Yeoh is a good actress, but this character was just terrible material.
Is she a good actress?
I'm surprised that she decided to do this.
She is by far the most decorated person to ever come back to Star Trek.

He shouldn’t have come back either.
Idris Elba is in Trek. So is Benedict Cucumberbatch. Lots of really famous and awarded people are in Trek.
Also she seemed to really enjoy this character so it isn’t really a surprise she came back.
clearly they meant TV trek.
