Ho Chi Minh City teacher suspended for asking parents to fund new laptop

Glad to see the US isn’t the only country too cheap to give teachers the tools to do their jobs.

Soo, if a majority of parents of kids in your child class agree to voluntary contribution, but you don't, what will happend :))).
