As much as I'm assured that Melania's a bad person, I always find her the most relatable person in these stories. Florida is indeed a swamp.
Much of it is literally a swamp, and everywhere else is just as hot and humid. I guess the beaches could be nice if they weren't overrun by racist dimwits waving flags for Donald.
That's why DeSantis' plan to open golf courses and hotels in the state parks makes no sense to me. That just sounds like I'll be the main course at an all-you-can-eat mosquito buffet.

I never identified more closely with anyone in Trump world than when Melania was said to be pissed off that she was expected to be in charge of decorating the White House for Christmas.
I mean, I like putting up a bunch of decorations for a holiday, but the idea of being expected to put them up? Oh fuck that.
She got a lot of criticism for those decorations but I really liked them. It was a change of style and looked clean.
I appreciate she was attempting something each time, but the blood trees and nightmare white twigs were misses and should have been scrapped as soon as the result of the attempt was clear. The blood trees especially. The twigs worked when lit right, so just needed to never not be lit that way.
