Any good foss image/video/audio editor apps?
Any good foss image/video/audio editor apps?
Apps that I know:
- For images - Pocketpaint, Freepaint
Fossify Gallery has a basic editor with draw, crop and filters. Tux paint is also nice to draw stuff. - For video
- Video transcoder allows basic cutting of audio n video.
- Saw an app called Bunny media editor, that allowed basic image and video cropping and cutting.
- I've also heard that some people use Termux for it
Are there other apps like these?
Which all apps do you use to edit images/videos and make memes etc?
Haven't tried making memes, but this is a very powerful image editing app: https://github.com/T8RIN/ImageToolbox

Isn't it mostly aimed at compression and file conversion?
I've used it when I learnt about jpegxl.1 0 ReplyI really like the filter selection. It's the only open source app I know of that lets me blur images and that's pretty much all photo editing I do on my phone.

Fossify Gallery includes some basic editing
FFShare works nicely for reducing file sizes, but I wish it was more forgiving and did the conversion in the background. More than once I waited through the conversion and then accidentally closed it.
Termux also works well. Some tips:
- change the shell to something like Fish. Autocomplete helps a lot when typing on mobile
- set up some aliases for common commands

- Fossify Gallery
- Snapseed (not FOSS, works without Google stuff with disabled Internet)
- Krita (UI only for tablets, complex, not very good for editing)
Image compression
- Signal/Signal-FOSS/Molly (just send to some person but save before sending and exit, saves as JPEG with removed EXIF and very compressed)
- ImagePipe
- ffshare (pretty weak compression)
- image toolbox (and other conversion)
Video cutting
- again, Signal (left-right cutting, compression, metadata)
- ffshare (compression)
- open video editor (strange UI, no more features than Signal)
Video editing
- open video editor:
