No, because this didn't happen. Someone just slapped a caption on this picture. I mean someone shit on the floor definitely. But it wasn't a crazy conservative trying to own libs.

That poop looks kind of sus. I've always suspected (this is an old picture) that they didn't use real poop. It looks too powdery.
I'd say fake poop is a more plausible explanation here than the caption being real.
