This is a shitty thing for Disney to have done.
But it's not illegal.
We should make it illegal. And we should all have Unions.
Capitalists are gonna capitalize. Expect no quarter.
Unethical things are not illegal (yet). It's only when something unethical goes too far that it's made into a law.
