The length of the arms & especially legs would suggest otherwise:-).
But then this image seems to have forgotten that the Fresh Prince didn't come to live in Bel-Air until when he was older than depicted? :-P
Who else remembers this obscure platformer? Especially the secret slapping move.
It was right up there with Full House: Tournament Fighter.
