I can't say for sure but it's certainly one of the countries in the world.

They meant 'for shore'. It may be landlocked, however, it may also not be.
I can confirm it exists.
Remember, when people here tell you that this or that country is socialist/Communist because the state or the party controls the economy. Ask who controls the state or party. Is it the workers? Or a small class of rich and powerful that call themselves communist.
I see that some people think it is a socialist country, but some think it is revisionist.
