Is c/AskLemmy the Lemmy equivalent of r/AskReddit?
migrating here since reddit is on it's way out, so I'm still not the most use to the interface and communities yet. I'm just asking to understand if this community is like r/AskReddit over on reddit, or if there are differences I should be aware of

We're very similar. Moderation policy will vary because we're a separate set of moderators, but the overall purpose is the same.
