How does this have 0 attention?!?
When I posted it the federation on my instance was broke so lemmy.world didn't get it. And now it work the post is old. I think I will retry this weekend
I was recommended to get diagnosed by several professionals, but unfortunately the waiting list in my country is 2.5 years.
I went through several books and talked about it with my parents and family. Which made me realise that I match practically all criteria.
The problem is mostly having access to good support. Having people to talk to who’ve had similar experiences helps a lot. But the anxiety prevents me from talking about it. Even to my own family members.
