What else is in there?
2 caramelized white onions, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 bell peppers, 2 tbps of crushed red pepper, and a pouch of fajita seasoning (because I'm lazy)
The sauce is just Ortega taco sauce and they're served on soft white corn tortillas.

I make sweet potato fajitas that are pretty good, this seems worth a try.
