Scientific studies have found it takes approximately 15 to 30 grams of garlic per kilogram of body weight to produce harmful changes in a dog’s blood. To put that into perspective, the average clove of supermarket garlic weighs between 3 and 7 grams, so your dog would have to eat a lot to get really sick.
Still best to avoid it if possible, obviously.
There is a lot of space between no effect and getting really sick.
Some mild stomach ache or other kind of discomfort can still be, well, uncomfortable, even if your dog will survive, so don't feed him shit just because it is not going to kill him.
Yeah - for any dog with a strong enough stomach, any pizza is dog pizza
