Not true. Lobbying disclosure law requires members of Congress to disclose accepted payments from lobbying, but does not restrict the amount they can accept or when they can accept it.

It's a reference to the recent SC case that says that giving bribes after the fact isn't corruption.
It also doesn't require the lobbyists to show their donor lists
