Apparently there's a player who plays for HKFC in the HKPL who studies at my old secondary school and interviewed for a school magazine I worked for. Feels kinda weird ngl, in a good way.
Man's younger than me and nearly played with Messi, if only he wasn't injured. Meanwhile I struggled to get a min wage internship job lol. Hot damn.

Yeah, for sure. Just a bit jealous lol. But then it is what it is. Can't everyone be a professional footballer, or whatever other careers where basically teens can become set for life (and tbf he's also definitely not set for life, HK football isn't great).
Apparently a deal between us and Sevilla for Albert Sambi Lokonga is in the works. He's agreed personal terms, so now it's just down to the clubs ironing out a deal. Considering how badly he want to shed some players, hopefully it goes through. It will be good for all parties.
Edit: And we have our first official signing of the summer! We've signed an 18 year old Danish international keeper to our academy - Lucas Nygaard. Not exactly a first-team baller right now. But either way, welcome aboard Lucas!
Kinda weird how we went from letting go a bunch of youth gks to signing another one. Not that I don't get it, but it's kinda funny.
Wonder how much we'll get for Sambi and if there's a buy back included. He's seemed so close to being ready but unfortunately his progession hasn't outpaced the team's.
The team's just been insane. Honestly I don't think Sambi's even developed poorly besides the injuries. Between him and Tavares he's definitely been the better gamble

Yknow, while it is a pain to watch Southgate is getting results lol. With this draw we're probably going deep again as well. Doubt we win it though, Germany and France surely favourites still.
Germany and France are on the same size of the bracket as well as Spain 🤦🏻♀️ England will have it easy but I so see them shit the bed
