Had to make a decision to fire someone today. Haven't actioned it yet, but got approved by one of the big dogs.
Tried so hard to give them a chance with written warning and performance improvement plan, but they think everyone else is the problem, they're carrying their department, and that everyone around them is too sensitive.
Hard decision to make in this climate but I've got a whole team to look after that don't deserve being bullied.
