Those tariffs are exactly what is causing the decline in the first place, especially with the moronic way he is trying to implement them that is driving investors and business away from the US. Smart people looking to make money on a declining market told him some "smart" stuff to do. He believes it is smart. It is smart for the people that profit. Just hurts so many.
