I know it's fake because Trump would be serving nothing but fast food.
Only when he's eating. He has a morbid fear of being poisoned and believes that it's impossible to slip anything to a fast food or canned soda

The reason there's no junk food is because Donny doesn't eat there. He now eats where the "help" eats.
