Is there a way to change to the view to full sized images?
In the settings I've found card view and compact view, but even in card view images are not full sized.
Is there a way to enable this through some other means? I dislike having to open images all the time when scrolling to view the entire thing.

Disclaimer: I'm using the development version, so this may or may not work for you.
Go to Settings>Appearance>Posts.
Scroll down to find Card View Settings section and the option for Show Full Height images should be under that.
